The list above represents the most recent meeting minutes. Minutes are not posted to this site until they are approved. The user may also search our archived Village Board minutes back to 1913, the year of the first "typed" minutes.

Historic Preservation Commission meeting minutes are available for searching from July 9, 2003 to present.

Planning Commission meeting minutes are available for searching from July 7, 2004 to present.

Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) meeting minutes are available for searching from July 13, 2004 to present.

Minutes are in Adobe Acrobat format (PDF); Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view these files. The filenames represent the meeting date as follows: 20060511.pdf where 2006 represents the four digit year, 05 represents the two digit month, and 11 represents the two digit day. Therefore, the example above represents the meeting for May 11, 2006.

To search for a particular meeting date, enter the exact date of the meeting, for example, May 11, 2006.

To search by a particular word or term, enter it in the box and click search. The results are displayed by "strength of match". Click "view" to open the document in Adobe Acrobat Reader. To find specific instances of search terms, the user must search with Adobe Acrobat Reader. The user may use Ctrl+F (control key and "F" key) to open the search dialogue box. To return to the list of meeting minutes, click the "back" button on your browser.

Files can also be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking on "File Name" at the top of the column of dates.
