PUBLIC SAFETY COMMUNICATIONS
Emergency Services
East Aurora's 911 policy is if at anytime you feel that you have a police, fire or medical emergency DIAL 9-1-1. Please try to remain calm so that the Dispatcher is better able to assist you. Stay on the line until the Dispatcher advises you to hang up. Have the following important information ready when you call:
- Location of the incident
- Nature of the call
- The number you are calling from
- Your name
Non-Emergency Services
Police Department Administrative Phone Number: 652-1111.
This number is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, office personnel are only available for your call Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm.
Records and Accident Reports
Incident and accident reports are available through the Police Chief's Office. Police Clerk Nancy Westfall can be contacted during business hours at 652-1111.

Parking
In the Village of East Aurora there is no on street parking allowed from 3:00am to 7:00am from October 15th to April 15th.
There is no public parking lot parking allowed from 2:00 am to 7:00 am. Please be mindful of certain areas along Main St. that prohibit parking beyond two hours everyday except Sundays and legal holidays between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
