We have several financial programs that support essential public facilities and services, such as water and sewer systems, housing, health clinics, emergency service facilities and electric and telephone service. The downloadable 502 application is for customers looking to purchase homes and make repairs to the home (we have no down payment required, no PMI, low interest rate, and flexible credit criteria). The downloadable 504 application is for current home owners to repair their homes (low interest rate and/or grants – dependent on eligibility).
